RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are non refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping for any returning items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours at kishroots@gmail.com if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item by mistake. This will allow us to assess the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve it for you. In some cases, we may ask for a snapshot of the issue to better understand the defect.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. To initiate an exchange request if you received a defective item, please send us an email at kishroots@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in form of store credit or a gift card within 10 business days.
